About us

All our bread, buns, and pastries are baked from scratch using organic ingredients right here in the café. Our bakery is located in the mill’s basement, so you can smell the aroma of freshly baked bread and buns even from the parking lot.

We put a lot of effort into developing our recipes to always offer an authentic taste experience. We also bake some varieties without eggs, milk, gluten and regular sugar.

Our delicious coffee comes from Eguale and is both organiceco-certified and Fair Trade. As an added bonus, it is grown by a women's cooperative in Peru and for every pack of coffee we buy, a portion goes back to a gender equality program for women. For those who prefer to drink tea, we offer quality teas from Four o'Clock, also organic and Fair Trade.

In our "shop corner" you will find freshly baked sourdough bread, stone-ground wholemeal flour from our own mill, quality chocolate, tea, coffee and a lot of environmentally smart household items.
